No planned route, just getting 6 miles in. Tested out my new #ininji socks that I picked up from @tworiverstreads when visiting my sister in WV the other weekend. Got them thinking of trail runs since I've had issues with regular socks. I liked them on road and I'll have to try them on trail next.

Ran out of time for a run yesterday so I decided I'd do 10 miles tonight 😁. My heart is pretty happy right now. And my stomach is STARVING. Time to figure out dinner 🤣🤣
Ran out of time and energy to run. I decided to get my #piyo on. My booty is already crying about it. Tomorrow should be fun! Also planked for a minute. Time to get back in the habit!
Took some inspiration today from @katiedvm and went to this super peaceful, just-remote-enough spot on my run tonight. This was supposed to be just an easy run, but this felt so good. Nice hill coming back up and it was challenging, but didn't kill me like I thought it would.

It got a little weird at lunch today. Quick 2 miles then a quick arms sesh. I was dripping sweat and the sun might have fried my brain 🤣🤣. Felt great to sweat today 👊
