Where’s the sunshine at? ☀️🤷🏼♀️ Feeling powered up by the past few days of rays and warm weather, I’m feeling motivated and ready to tackle today. Although I keep thinking it’s a Tuesday... Anyone else?
The natural beauty of Isle of Wight 🌿I can’t wait to get back to the isle this summer - the gorgeous weather this weekend powered me up to keep going until our summer break in June! If you’re like me and you always look forward to exploring, day trips are the best weekend activity - you’ll be surprised at how much you can do and where you can go in a day! Some of my favourite places to visit for the day are: Isle of Wight 🌴 Cheddar Gorge 🧀 Studland ☀️ Glastonbury 🔮 What is your favourite place for a day out? Let me know so I can grow my list of places to visit this year!
Exploring Cheddar caves & gorge ⛰ It’s been on my list for years and we finally got a chance to see what Cheddar is all about! First of all - it’s a lot bigger than I thought: there is a small village filled with shops and cafes, two caves, Jacobs Ladder made up of 274 steps, a lookout tower on top of the hill, and a walk around the cliff tops of the gorge. We did pretty much everything except complete the hike on the cliff tops because we ran out of time - so I’ll be returning to Cheddar very soon to capture those views! If you’re a fan of cheese and have been wondering like I have - yes, cheddar cheese comes from Cheddar! The cheese was matured in the caves, and there is still one company who does this and sells real, authentic cheddar cheese - @cheddargorgecheeseco 🧀 You must pick up the cave matured cheddar - we enjoyed it at our picnic, and the flavours are amazing. Nothing like the supermarket cheddar! I think I’ve been very spoilt now 😂 How is your long weekend going? I’m enjoying a quiet morning before commencing the big lamb family roast! 🍴
Anyone else hit up the beach today? 🙋🏼♀️ We took a picnic and rushed to West Wittering to enjoy the beautiful weather and sunshine ☀️A basket full of cheddar cheese I picked up from the original source - Cheddar Caves - fresh bread, honey cooked ham, Spanish manchego, olives, and tomatoes 👌🏼 Simple yet so delicious! And what can be better than enjoying the sunshine and some nibbles by the sea?
I’m hours away from a long weekend and I’m not going to lie - I really need it! I’ve got quite a few things to cram into a few hours so I ca log off with a clear conscience knowing everything has been done - and then focus on relaxing ✨ This afternoon I have a call with a life coach which I’m very excited about as I feel this is exactly the time in my life when I need a little bit of guidance on my own growth 🌱 and after that I’m off to see @leahsbeautyandmakeup to get glammed up for the weekend ahead! Plans include: seeing friends and family; cocktail catch ups with the girls; beach bbq; Easter lamb roast; and then a bank holiday on the sofa with favourite films 🙌🏼 Hands up if you’re excited for the long weekend! 🙋🏼♀️ What are your plans? Do you know anything we must see in Hampshire over Easter?
Hey Monday ✌🏼 New week, positive vibes, big plans! Hope you all have a great day & week ahead ✨
Sunday vibes ✨ #harveythebassador has the right idea 💗 I love dragging the duvet downstairs and having a snuggle with him whilst watching a film or catching up on TV series. Next week is super busy so I’ve taken the weekend to just relax and do things at a slow pace, ready to press the accelerator again on Monday! How was your weekend? What are you doing today?
Weekend vibes ✌🏼✨ All you need is a warm fleece, walking boots, and a good nature trail for wildlife spotting! 🦊 He’s all about the birds and reptiles, I’m all about the foxes and bunnies 🐰 If you’re enjoying a beautiful nature walk this weekend, I challenge you to pick up at least 3 pieces of rubbish on your route to help keep our little friends homes clean - same goes for beaches. Have a great weekend everyone! 🦋
“From that moment, I realised that we all are children of the chemical age and that man-made chemicals found everywhere, combined with changing dietary habits, profoundly affect us all.” Founder of @greenpeopleuk Charlotte. Over the years more and more focus is gathering around natural and organic skincare products. There is more information available on products and reviews from magazines to personal blogs who try and test products to give the readers the best advice for their skin type. When I was approached by Green People I was intrigued to put their organic natural products to the test against the products that I use every single day which many I know use synthetic ingredients and chemicals.
