Private dinner at TLP Towers last night (yep that’s right you can book our tasting room for your private event!). Bespoke menu of Welsh rarebit croquette with pickled carrot - Slow cooked pork belly with scotch egg and potato terrine - Apple crumble soufflé (no photos of this one as it was a need for speed situation!)

We’ve had our first few wedding tastings of 2020 already and they included some really tasty dishes: bangers & mash, cured and charred mackerel, ham hock terrine with pumpkin piccalilli, charred leek soup with cheddar beignets.

We recently catered a meal at the stunning @cornwell_manor . Lots of tasty treats on the menu including: cheddar & ale gougères, chicken liver parfait with mulled plum chutney, roast chicken with truffle mash & wild mushrooms, lemon & elderflower posset with cinnamon doughnuts!
