We always try and make everything ourselves when creating menus for our events. Today that included making our very own cultured butter for our pop up dinner tomorrow. It’s quite a lengthy process but totally worth it (after several buttered bread samples today!)
Team TLP enjoyed a few days off down in Cornwall this week.... We headed over to @fishkitchen for a seriously tasty fishy lunch! Back in the kitchen today, pickling away. A splash of summer despite the freezing temperatures outside! This dessert was our white chocolate and ginger cheesecake served with mango & passion fruit and a mango turmeric lassi.
One of the starters from our dinner party the other night: miso cured mackerel, kimchi slaw, wasabi mayonnaise and smoked mackerel fishcakes.
