Week Ten?! A lemon cardamom cake (recipe from The Spice Train) made with half all-purpose and half whole wheat all-purpose flour. Really fluffy.

Week Seven: A very dramatic slice of pineapple coconut banana bread made from whole wheat flour. (I’m using my all-purpose very sparingly at the moment.)

Week Five: A pecan “danish” (couronne, technically, according to the recipe I used) for my birthday. Kind of a fail because it turns out my active dry yeast isn’t all that active anymore, so I might try this again down the line.
