#InternationalSherryWeek2018 is over. I owe a big Gracias to my sweet and willing guests for letting us redirect their preconceived notions of sherry; another huge Gracias to all of my staff for talking up Sherry Week front of the house and preparing special menus, tapas, and pairings back of the house. The biggest Gracias of all goes to THESE two women, who tirelessly promoted our events, invented even more awesome sherry cocktails, and then beautifully plated served the dishes during the Master Class. We couldn’t have done without Katie’s artwork! And Claire raced back from the Sherry Cocktail Competition in NYC to slip right into our full-on Sherry Week groove. It was a whirlwind of a week - we poured sherry galore and we are proud!!
