25th Birthday brunch! Couldn't not have a feast for my birthday... Smoked salmon with bagels, poached eggs and hollandaise sauce. Buttermilk pancakes W/ cherries cooked in tequila, butter and sugar plus plums cooked in orange juice and uda pods along with a lemon ricotta whip. Finally a croissant stuffed with caramel pecan ice cream, peanut butter sauce, black berry sauce and kit kats.... It was so good... I'm stuffed... Feast 2 later today but I'm not cooking ✌🏾

Akara is a bean fritter for anyone wondering, so if you thin out the consistency of the batter it works really well as a thin crispy coat! Keep your eyes out for tomorrow's video 😉
