#Repost @ncnordiccare with @get_repost ・・・ A good tip when you are furnishing an auditorium is to choose different type of seaters, to embrace the diffrence between peoples bodies. But you also have to think about that the design in the room is balanced. Here is an example with Jackie family. Same design by Peter Andersson but with different comfort. Sofa´s and chair´s together. We call it NC Inclusive design! #ncinclusivedesign #embracethedifferent #auditoriums @peter_andersson_studio
#revisiting 🤔 Once in a while I come back to this project- Fundamental (aka Block ) from 2007. This time I'm considering to add new parts (or might be that I just want to use those new machines to make models:) #fundamental #geometry #design 📸 @studio_fredrik_sandin_carlson
Was planning to get a 3d printer....But how fun are they on a scale 1:5? 🤔 💚 my new #proxxon model making machines!
If you see a grown up person, seemingly unmotivated, crawling on floors in public😳. Don't be afraid- it's probably just a furniture designer looking at stuff. From todays visit at @restaurang_nationalmuseum @nationalmuseumswe. A final review 🔍before next production phase of the Botero chair. Design by @mattiklenell and myself. One stool One✔️🏡Studio in the making (a start at least) . #konstantingrcic @magis_official
#latergram Moving the archive (and coolingbox) to the (what will be) summer studio in the house in the south. 🏡🚚
So 90's! 😊 Found this dusty ol' friend from 1996 when reorganizing the basement archive-AKA total xxxxx chaos 😳. And speaking of which. The chair was included in the interior when @bernstrand, @lars_pson and @mattiklenell redesigned the infamous restaurant Kaos (chaos) in Old Town, Stockholm. We were all classmates @ia_konstfack at the time.
Some years ago now me and @mattiklenell made a couple of field trips to Porto, Portugal. The aim was to visit the work of master architect Alvaro Siza, visit a fair, drink port wine AND to design a chair. We did all that, but the chair never happened at the time. But ever since, fragments of those sketches and thoughts derived from the trips have kept coming back in different shapes and discussions. I can clearly see now where our new Botero chair for @restaurang_nationalmuseum @nationalmuseumswe come from. Botero is designed by Matti and myself and produced by @collection_kallemo 💫Photocredit : @piaulin ⭐️ #nationalmuseum #design #furniture #furnituredesign #alvarosiza #porto #architecture #mattiklenell + #peterandersson
