A few things I am currently loving: ::::: 💪🏽 Waking up early and going to the gym first thing. I’m on week 2 of BBG Stronger and I’m already soo sore but it feels so good!! ::::: 🌿 Microgreens - Because of the way they are harvested, they contain a higher concentration of nutrients than other fully grown veggies/herbs. I’ve been putting 2 small pinches of microgreens in my smoothie every morning. I keep them in the freezer (otherwise they go bad quickly). ::::: 💡 The #5secondrule by Mel Robbins - Basically, the theory is, if you have an impulse to act on a goal, you must physically move within 5 seconds or your brain will kill the idea. Count out loud 5-4-3-2-1, and then take action right then & there. (You can apply this to anything and it really works to build new habits and erase existing ones.) ::::: 💻 Tech tool- Chrome extension called OneTab. I’m THE tab queen and at any given moment if you open my laptop, you’ll see that I have 20+ tabs open. It’s a real problem guys haha! 🙈 (Patrick is currently laughing at me as we speak.) But OneTab basically collapses all of my tabs and puts them into one tab with a bulleted list. Needless to say, now I feel organized and my computer doesn’t freeze up. Boom!
