#goals for your Tuesday. I’ve been having a number of conversations recently about the concept of ‘personal branding’ and whether or not it’s just an icky ‘wank word’. To me there is nothing as real as being able to articulate what your strengths are, what your skills are and what you uniquely bring to what you do. Your personal brand is simply a clear and concise way of saying this. Once you’ve identified your brand it’s about using it as a mission statement or compass so that you can bring your ‘A game’ to the game that you choose that’s best for you. Where’s the wank in that?
