  • Walnut Creek Bead and Design Show has been rescheduled to July 17-19

Dear Show Attendees,

We are very grateful for your continued patronage, which has made our shows the best attended in the country. In fact, some of you have never missed a show. We want to do what we can to help everyone stay well.

Due to health concerns, the California Department of Public Health and Contra Costa Health Services have issued guidelines for large gatherings. Since Walnut Creek Bead & Design Show draws an attendance of over 1,000 people a day, it has been rescheduled to July 17-19, 2020.

These restrictions are temporary and we hope they will slow the spread of the Novel Coronavirus (CORVID-19). The July show will be held in the same location, Crowne Plaza, 45 John Glenn Dr, Concord, CA, Friday - Sunday, July 17 - 19, 10am to 6pm daily.

On behalf of Garan-Beadagio, LLC, August Finch Event Management, Garan Event Management, Wood Atelier, and the thousands of artisans, merchants and instructors whom we work with, thank you for being a loyal customer --none of this would have been possible without you.
Stay well, and we look forward to seeing you at our upcoming events.

Casey Johnson, Show Manager
