This weekend’s social distance bouquet from the garden: snapdragons, Fama blue scabiosa, CA poppies, honeywort, Rocky mountain Columbine, western Columbine, and purple and green Nicotiana alata. I need a good backdrop for when I put the bouquets in their vases. 💐

Here’s your social distance bouquet this week! The snapdragons and honeywort are still producing! Some pink CA Poppies have started to bloom along with my big Fama Blue Scabiosa and my English climbing rose... bonus picture of two addition roses from this week, they smell like honey and apricot. 💐 How are you?

Morning coffee in the garden has been quite nice. The flowers are exploding, right now the snapdragons are chest height but soon the delphiniums and hollyhocks will be taller. I love the density and explosion of colors... as I type this I can see three bumblebees, hoverflies, honey bees and mason bees while being serenaded by birds and the babble of my little pond. Nature is pretty grand right now. 🌿🌼💐🌱
