1 of the 2 of my Valentines. Picking her up is always the best part of my day 🥰 17 months with this one and I can’t remember life without her. #eloiseblakemiller
A new blog post is up! A little re-cap of the week & some favorites. Link in profile 👆🏻👆🏻👆🏻
A little stroll with my minI 💕 #eloiseblakemiller
This was supposed to be a 30 minute workout. It turned into a 45 minute workout. We had a snack break, a quick cuddle sessions and a few song breaks (because she loves when I sing the itsy bitsy spider). I would rather workout at home with her by my side than having to keep her at daycare longer or finding a sitter so I can go to the gym. I want her to see health as a priority and if that means I get interrupted to share a pretzel a few times then I’m okay with that. She’ll only want to share pretzels with me for so long 💁🏻♀️
This girl is pure sunshine and rainbows. I love the way she tries to jump but her toes never leave the ground, the way she covers her ears during peek-a-boo instead of her eyes and the way she grins ear to ear when she really wants something. I never thought I could love someone so much 💕 #eloiseblakemiller
Came home and was child free for approximately 40 minutes. Did I want to sit on the couch? You bet. Did I want to read my book? Yep! Did I want to have a cup of coffee and watch FRIENDS? Duh! Did I want to spend 30 of my 40 minutes working out? NOPE. Am I glad that I chose workout? Yes!! Because no matter how tired, lazy, out of shape, or drained I feel working out does so much for my mental, physical and emotional health. I’ve got big dreams. I’ve got a 16 month old to chase. I’ve got a family that needs to see me taking care of myself. Those are my whys! What are yours?
