Today I started the third time the ebook from @thefityogitrainer and afterwards I started practicing my pincha. What a lovely surprise I got when I was able to hold pincha for longer than 3 seconds and no wall!!! No.freaking.wall!!! I thought this day would never come, but it did!! I did it!!! Anyways, practice does help@you to achieve your dreams. One day at the time. Ever since I managed to balance my body in Salamba Sirsasana a few years ago, I haven’t stop playing with this pose and trying to improve it. There’s always more space for improving
A bit late for Rafa’s 3 month photo but better late than never. He has is 3 month check up today and we are so impressed on his growth. He weights and measures the same as Matias did when he was 6 months old. He is definitely trying to catch up with big brother. We love you two!!!

Happy Mother’s Day to all the mothers out there! Especially my own mother for being the best mother I could have wished for, teaching me about life and for being there every step of the way. I love this day even more now that I’ve my two boys. It gives me a day to check on how I’m doing as a mother, and to be grateful for what I have. I know the 7 year old Carolina would be proud that all her dreams had come true indeed. Thanks @gavisgram for sharing this life with me and our beautiful two boys. Day five was center split and even though I workout and had y body warmed up, I still can’t do a full splits. But I do feel a slightly improvement so let’s just stay with the positive part. #takeittothewall @alexzandrapeters @thenortheastyogi @pigeatsfish @aloyoga
Day four is side plank pose#TakeItToTheWall challenge. This one looks easier, but when combining it with rain, and how hard it actually is, I could barely get one micro second in the pose. So scare for the next poses, feeling they will be even harder. @alexzandrapeters @thenortheastyogi @pigeatsfish @aloyoga
Day 3 is forward fold #TakeItToTheWall Forward fold is one of those poses that the more warm up I am the easier and better it gets. Today I wasn’t feeling energetic enough for a big warm up, so this is the best I got. Hosts: @alexzandrapeters @thenortheastyogi @pigeatsfish @aloyoga
Day 2 #TakeItToTheWall challenge is standing split against the wall. Oh man this was hard. After a long warm up and 20 minute workout I was still ultra stiff, so this is the best I could for today. First day of the challenge #TakeItToTheWall is puppy pose. I usually do this pose on the floor, so it was my first time trying it against the wall. Such a good chest and low back opener. @alexzandrapeters @thenortheastyogi @pigeatsfish @aloyoga
