So happy to be back home with my littles and my BAE despite coming home to a 40 degree temperature difference and snow...oh and also despite the fact I fell down our stairs today 😳Like full on, life alert slip and fall down the stairs. Bruised tailbone, jarred neck type of slip. Cry and laugh at yourself type of slip...or maybe more I cried, and Cruz laughed and sat on me. His future girlfriends are really lucky ladies 🤣

Workout for day 5 of our fall challenge is complete, and it left me sweaty, breathing heavy, and totally refreshed! I have every excuse I can think of just like everyone else to cheat on my health goals, but the fact is my vision for myself outweighs my excuses not to push play everyday. Sure, I'd love to have flat 6-pack abs, smaller, toned legs, and a hot swimsuit body, but those are just the vanity reasons for taking care of myself. The reality is, my husband, my children, and my friends deserve the best version of me. And I deserve to feel like the best version of me...and once you know what that best version feels like, you put yourself first. First for yourself, your spouse, your children, your friends, and and your life. Today and everyday is the best day to start investing in you. Always.
