Shabbat shalom from #California. Hard to believe I was shopping at #mahaneyehuda a week ago. Back to my own sunny kitchen but missing the sights and sounds and smells and feeling of the weekend in #jerusalem!
#coco kitty would have preferred if her souvenir bowl from #israel included a dead mouse....#cat #catspotting
Did someone say #dearestdoor? And mention Old Town Tallinn? This was just down the block from our darling @Airbnb last summer. I adored Tallinn and all the seemingly fairy tale inspired doors. Such a great #familytravel destination! 💛💙💛💙💛💙
The happy #homeschool #hikers #nature club has reconvened. The mustard flowers are in full bloom right now in Southern California and it's pretty breathtaking. But look out if you want to take pics. We emerged covered with thorns (see my story) and then I heard a rattlesnake 😱 We stayed on the path after that! Next time we wear more appropriate footwear 😂🌼🌼🌼🌼
I'm already suffering from street art withdrawal. This is on top of my usual Jerusalem separation syndrome. I just miss the daily discoveries around each corner and the discussions and thoughts spurred on by it. You don't get that in the Southern Cali burbs so much. I'm going to have to take a nature walk today and check on my secret graffiti site for a little raw art fix. Who knows, I might stumble on something here too. It could happen, right? What do you think about this? I think it kinda sums up something about the nearby Jerusalem market area.
I'm still on her shit list for leaving her but she is still my favorite feline in the whole wide world. 💛💙😻
My feet are back in California but my heart and head are still back wandering the markets of #jerusalem. Wondering if I can get an #eta for the reunion with the rest of my soul. Probably not till I book a ticket to #travel again!
If you are going to #makeawish then #wish big! ❤
I left the last of my painted rocks from the USA on my grandparents graves in Jerusalem. Flowers and shades of spring for my grandmother. I remember her In these colors. Let's see if they are still here next year. ❤ I miss my grandparents and their stories!
