Partner core. 1) grab a medicine ball 2) grab a bosu Ball 3) partner step on your feet and throw medicine ball at Your Chest 4) Stay in a decline position and fight the urge to let Your back hit the ground. Enjoy! . . As your core gets stronger, increase your medicine ball Weight. I’m using a 50 lb ball for this exercise. I used to have severe back pain, going up in Weight class and focusing on my core has significantly decreased the issues I used to have! I would definitely suggest adding 10-15 minutes of core to your workouts. Use it as a warm up or cool down 💪🏻
