I've had plenty of carrot soups in the past, but none of them taste nearly as good as this one. It has an unbelievable blend of savory and sweet that makes you feel right at home with its warmth and smoothness. Serve it with some toasted bread or crackers, and remember that even though it's summer, you can still enjoy some delicious, hot comfort foods at home 💛 Plus, if you make this you can make cool little designs with the coconut milk on top of the soup (oooooh ahhhhhh) 😂

Babes! I'm on a trip up to WA to visit family for the weekend, and my mom took me to the store to fill the house with some things I'd like to eat. I didn't think I wanted anything special until I got to the cereal aisle and remembered OATMEAL, my one true love. So we got two boxes for my 3 day visit, and I promise you right now that they'll be gone before I leave 😂❤️

Throwback to this rad vegan alfredo from the blog 😍😍 Google it or find it at enjoying earth in the search bar. I have had some of the busiest days in the last few weeks, and I have been craving either some Mac n cheese or some alfredo for a while now. I'll have to make some pretty soon. ❤ I've also been wanting to do some recipe development and photo posting for a while, but I have felt so creatively drained and I don't like the feeling or the product when I push myself in this area. So I am just looking around for inspiration and giving myself time to adjust to the flow of my life right now as things are changing. I have had a lot of new fun ideas about directions I can take with the blog and with my career in enjoying earth, and there is just a lot floating around waiting to be solidified right now. Have you heard of CAVA? Friends, it's my favorite place to eat, it's healthy, it's vegan, and I have a job here now, so I get the feeling that I will just be eating more and more of it and time goes on 🐵 Today I'm having a greens and grains bowl with super greens, brown rice, roasted veggies, a ton of toppings, and lemon herb tahini on top 🤤 It's currently my favorite place with vegan options in Irvine or LA. LOVIN IT ❤
