Good morning! It's Tuesday, our busy day. I'm off to the chiropractor, then the gym then the store and then home to make chicken a'la king and matcha tartlets (a trial recipe) all before the kids get home from school! We need to have dinner done and we're out the door at 4:30 so we can get to Cleveland for our 6-8pm soccer practice. Then home for showers, snacks and bed 😴This #smoothiebowl above has an #scddiet legal base but skip the toppings and add your own legal toppings like cut up banana, kale powder, raspberries and almond slivers.

Happy Monday friends! I captured this amazing Ohio sky just as we came out of soccer on Saturday night. There's so much I didn't get done this weekend BUT I did spend quality time with the kids, made an amazing dinner on Saturday and hung out with my parents. I'm taking time to be thankful for those who support and love me and my family. It's all about gratitude!
