Two posts in a night 😱 I’m on a roll! I snapped this photo while on a run in Napa. The road was very busy so I cut through a path and ran through the vineyard. I was probably trespassing 😬 but it was better than getting taken out by a car! Although, I paid dearly for this run. I wore my minimalist running shoes and the ground was so uneven. My plantar fasciitis was awful after this 😭 any suggestions on good running shoes for PF?? 🙏🏻👟 In other news!! I’m on my second round of baking an SCD Pumpkin Pie and I should be ready to share this weekend! Just in time for Thanksgiving 🙌🏻🍂🍁

He friends 👋🏻 It’s been a few days but we had a nice little getaway to wine country 🍷 and I decided to put the phone aside and it felt fantastic! I’m looking forward to sharing some pictures once I download and edit them and I have a few recipes lined up for the blog. AND, it just hit me today that Thanksgiving is here, like really here!!
