#myhouseinaugust Day 16 - Bedroom 2/2. The girls have their own cots but still share at the moment. No matter how far apart you put them, they end up together again. .
#myhouseinaugust - Bedroom. 1/2 Keeping it real with Edie & Mabel's nursery... it's not a perfectly tidy room but is full of things they need and one day will hopefully love.
#myhouseinaugust - green! Cheating a little as my kitchen cupboards are sage. Since having the twins I don't get to cook in here anywhere near as much as I'd like to!
That pout! My mum made the girls some new hats since the weather has been rubbish recently! I'm not sure if Edie is impressed or not but Mabel seems to be! 💗💗 ps. take a look at my insta stories to see the girls pulling some shapes to Taylor Swift! 😂
#myhouseinaugust - Metallic. Since we moved a lot of our decor is still in storage... but here's the wood burner in our kitchen featuring our shiny silver coal bucket! 😂 I've been trying to find something to go on the chimney breast in this room - I'm torn between an Amish Barn Star or something made out of wicker. Any ideas?
Sunny Sunday Snuggles ☀️☀️ I wonder when their hair will grow back on top - it all fell out a couple weeks ago! 🙈
I started to write the twins birth story blog post earlier today... I was about five minutes in when Edie woke up & wanted feeding. She went down for a nap & then Mabel woke up & needed changing... & I haven't touched my laptop since! If you're a twin mum you'll know how this story goes I'm sure. You can't really tell because they're wrapped in a million blankets but the girls are twice the size they were in this photo now 💗💗#mummybloggeruk
Edie somehow always manages to flip her blankets off herself - she seems to love feeling free! Whilst Mabel is the complete opposite & loves to be snuggled up & swaddled. I caught a rare glimpse of her tiny toes poking out during her nap earlier, two minutes later she tucked them back in. I hope I remember all these small little details for the rest of my life... they are just the cutest. 💗💗
Happy seven weeks girlies! This is the hardest job I've ever done but I wouldn't change it for a second. 💗💗
