~💖FEATURE FRIDAY💖~ Jodie Russell was brought to inBalance by a friend, became addicted and committed to staying back in 2016! “The classes make me feel refreshed and more energetic,” she explains. She says that inBalance has affected her lifestyle greatly in that it has made her stronger and has also made an impact of her diagnoses of Rheumatoid Arthritis. “Since I’ve had Rheumatoid Arthritis, inBalance has helped me to build strength and become pain free from it.” She loves attending Hope’s inBalance Barre classes, as well as the TRX and Suspended Barre classes! “I love that it’s different, even when you take the same class three times a week you will still be doing something different.” For anyone considering inBalance she states, “Definitely try it, you will become addicted right away! It’s good for beginners and for those looking to try something new.” Thanks Jodie for being a part of inBalance and we are so happy that you have been able to conquer RA through the classes!
