💖FEATURE FRIDAY💖 I have been with InBalance since April of 2018. I came to improve my balance and flexibility. As an aside, trying yoga had been on my New Year’s resolution list for about 5 years! Both balance and flexibility have improved significantly, and I have also increased muscle tone. I like all the classes, but tend to favor Barre and TRX. It’s hard to beat the price for the one month trial of unlimited classes, so I would tell newbies to start there! Personally, I have never liked gyms. I have always wanted to work out alone in the privacy of my home. However, I find the instructors at InBalance to be super helpful and everyone is extremely friendly. I thought I would be intimidated to exercise in this type of environment, but instead have found it to be warm, welcoming, and encouraging. As a bonus, I have made several new friends there! We love Karen and her friendly face in class every day, thank you for choosing us, Karen!❤️

💫Although difficult, change is always possible. What holds us back from making the changes we desire are our own limiting thoughts and actions. 💫 - Satsuki How many times have you not done something because you told yourself you couldn’t? Or you never started something because you didn’t think you would be good at it or told yourself that it would be too hard? Or maybe it was more of a subconscious thing that you didn’t even know you told yourself that! I think this is one of the biggest reasons people don’t start taking care of themselves or take the actions necessary to take control of their fitness and health. They might say they can’t afford it, or they don’t have the time; neither of those are viable excuses… The REAL reason is because they’ve told themselves they can’t or that it won’t work or that it is going to be too hard. They haven’t taken the time to understand the real VALUE of what they’re missing. It’s not until we change these limiting thoughts that we can really take action and do something about it! We’re here to help you make the changes YOU need to take to feel GOOD in your skin. It’s not always that number on the scale that’s worth chasing… it’s that feeling after a couple inBalance classes that you feel like, “I AM strong, and capable, and yes, maybe tired, but who cares because that class made me feel like a total bada$$!!” Stop making excuses, make changes and let it start with inBalance!
