💖FEATURE FRIDAY💖 Tanya has been a member of inBalance for 4 years (woo hoo!). She for started when she and Some friends and I were looking for something other than the gym scene to get in shape. Since working out at inBalance, Tanya has lost weight & inches but, as she adds, more importantly I have gained strength, balance and confidence in myself! When asked what her favorite class is, she told us she really can't choose! I don't really have a favorite class, I love them all!!! But I can say I have favorite things about each class and instructor. The instructors are great about changing things up all the time so things don't get boring and your body is always benefiting from new moves. Tanya says to those who are on the fence about trying inBalance, come in and try every class!!! Don't be intimidated we all started in the same place. In Balance is a fun place to meet friendly people who are all here for the same thing. To get in shape and be healthy!!!! We couldn't have said it better Tanya! We just love your support of inBalance over the years and look forward to many more with you!❤

Attitude determining how well you do it.” - Lou Holtz✨ We usually cite lack of motivation as the reason for not accomplishing our goals, but I don't think it's motivation that holds the majority back...it's misalignment. Yes, some of us are fully capable, but lack the motivation to take action, but what if the reason for a constant feeling of failure wasn't due to any shortcomings (which, newsflash, that is very rarely the case), but mismanagement of expectations? We dive in too hard, too fast, and overlook where we're starting from. We feel defeated before we ever begin not because of the expectations others put on us but based on those we impose on ourselves. What if you could loosen your grip, relinquish control, and know this... * You are capable of anything if you follow a path that builds and progresses carrying you from where you are to where you want to be. * You can stick with your goal when you're following a path that shows you sustainable progress. * You can't help but have a positive attitude when you can feel you're on the right path. It's all possible; it's just a matter of alignment. Find your path and purpose for progress at inBalance and don’t wait for the “right time” to start. Start now.
Did you catch @saliveksat today?? I shared some healthy holiday tips! Over indulging over the holidays is inevitable for most of us, but there are ways you can still indulge without totally throwing in the towel! Try changing our processed sugar and flour with superfoods like flax seed, oats, almond flour, coconut oil and maple syrup. Your treats will still be tasty but you can lessen that insulin spike from all the processed junk and add in more nutrients like fiber and omegas. Try out my healthy spin on sweet potato casserole I showed on @saliveksat today, it's delicious and vegan! It will be on the blog later this week❤
