HGTC's 2019 QEP (Quality Enhancement Plan) committee is looking for an EPIC design for an #EPICHGTC QEP logo. This contest is open to students only and comes with a chance to win CASH PRIZES (not gift cards...CASH!). You don't have to be a professional artist but we would love to see your creativity. Design a logo that shows us what Effective Professional and Interpersonal Communication means to you. Email your design to QEPlogo@hgtc.edu or inbox your masterpiece to us via FB. HGTC QEP Logo Design Contest Put your sketch skills to the test and design an EPIC logo for the launch of the College’s new QEP (Quality Enhancement Plan). The winning logo design should exemplify what Effective Professional and Interpersonal Communication (EPIC) means to you. Enter now a chance to win a prize of EPIC proportions AND the designation as the most EPIC logo designer on campus. (Did we mention that this contest is going to be…wait for it…EPIC?!) What is EPIC and how does it relate to you? CASH PRIZES Grand Prize Winner $250 & The Title of MOST EPIC LOGO DESIGNER Runner-up $150 | Honorable Mention $100 Deadline for submissions is April 30th. Deadline for entries is Monday, April 30th at 5:00PM EST. All entries must be submitted to QEPlogo@hgtc.edu. Entrants will receive an email confirming receipt of entry. Any questions about the contest rules or requirements can be emailed to QEPlogo@hgtc.edu. Design Contest Rules Contest is open to HGTC students, only. No faculty, staff, administrator, or other affiliates are allowed to enter the contest. Students entering the HGTC QEP Logo Student Design Contest must be enrolled at the College at the time of contest promotion. Entries do not have to be professionally designed; you may submit sketches or drawings as long as the design is clean and legible. Students may also submit more than one logo design. HGTC reserves the right to modify the design to meet the requirements for final production. Design should be based on the new quality enhancement plan (QEP) topic: Effective Professional and Interpersonal Communication or EPIC. The QEP topic focuses on improving communications in career and education environments. Students must submit their design along with proper contact information that includes phone number, two email addresses (one may be your school address, the other must be a personal address), address, and H number. Students may use any color scheme of their choosing as long as the College’s signature BLUE (#0054A4) is incorporated in the design. No profane, obscene, or material deemed inappropriate by the QEP committee will be accepted. Designs must be original and bear no likeness to any logo
The Champion Autism Network will be hosting its #YesYouCAN Film Festival this weekend on our Conway Campus. The festival will feature films that are by or about someone with autism.
