Who else had way too much fun yesterday and needs an extra shot of espresso in their latte this morning? 🙋🏻🙋🏻🙋🏻
I am SO excited to be heading to San Francisco in a few weeks and would love to know your favorite places! (And of course, I am going to be on the hunt for the best local coffee! ☕️☕️ ) Tell me everything you love about the city! And send me a message if you'd like to shoot together! 📷🌁
When I first started shooting weddings, I cried A LOT of happy tears. Every time one of our brides walked down the aisle with her dad, and during almost every single father/daughter dance. I loved being able to capture such sweet moments for our brides that I was never able to have with my dad. Over the years, the tears became fewer, but yesterday at Michael and Beverly's wedding there was no holding them back. I cried all through the father-daughter dance, and have thought so much today about how beautiful of a family legacy they are building their life together on. Beverly and Michael both have living grandparents that have been married for 50+ years, and this gentleman is one of them. I can just imagine B + M attending their grandchildren's wedding 50 or 60 years from now and showing love and kindness to their friends, and even their photographer, just the way their Granddad did.
Pulling double duty on my to do list after what we will forever refer to as the lost day sitting on Interstate 10 for six hours yesterday. This also means I'll probably be pulling double coffee (not that I'm complaining about that one ☕️☕️). Are you working hard today? Or are you one of the lucky ones who gets to jump into the long weekend early?! 🇺🇸
I woke up this morning deep in the midweek slump, so I'm letting myself tackle some of my fun to do list first this morning (like some details for our girls trip to Colorado in a few weeks!). There may also be a second pot of coffee on already and chick fil a breakfast on the way 😂☕️ How do you tackle the Wednesday lack of Motivation?
