‘The Rest’ or ‘Allambie House’ at Audley, built in the 1930’s was a favorite with honey-mooners & weekend getaways. A fire in 1975 completely destroyed it. We’d love it to still be there…
New menu! Salmon poke bowl, citrus cured & smoked salmon with brown rice, ponzu dressing, wasabi peas, shaved cabbage & wakame.

When one of our favourite photographers @scottsurplicephotography comes to Audley for a favourite mag! Thanks so much @hellomaymagazine for featuring our venue in your latest issue. We loved sharing our tips and some great local vendors. Hello May is at your local newsagents now! Even though we’re already married we still find ourselves reading it ever issue.
Beautifully set tables with delicious food. Are you feeling nervous about your upcoming wedding? Don’t forget, it’s just friends and family sharing dinner (where we cook and wash up for you!) and a great dance floor at the end! Easy. Image by @vladangajic
‘Thank you guys for putting on such a wonderful day for both of us, it was really magical, and exactly what we were hoping for. Lots of our guests have been telling us how much they liked the reception and the atmosphere. There were so many little things you guys did that really made the day great (like Liz personally bringing the groomsmen a bucket of beers before anything was even under way!) All the waitstaff were cheerful, accommodating and just generally lovely to spend the night around.’ Chris and Elianna. Photographed by @vladangajic
Breakfast! Broad bean bruschetta, pea, tomato, mint & feta with a poached egg. On @noniesfood charcoal quinoa bread.
We will be closed tomorrow, Tuesday 13.2.18. We’re all hitting the water for the day and celebrating the year that was. We will reopen on Wednesday. Image by @alexkess #wattamolla
A Sunday lunch deliciously captured from @spooningaust 🍽 Ploughman’s Board, Pulled Pork Spicy Tacos and a wonderful Gnocchi made for the most amazing lunch!
Elise & Dane ‘We chose to get married at Audley Dance Hall as we love the outdoors, and the Royal National Park was particularly special to us as we have been on many adventures together throughout the park. We really connected with the venue, and its peaceful surroundings and down to earth feel.’ Full story on the blog at @madilanebridal Flowers by @petalandfern Photography by @samantha.heather
