8 WEEK CHALLENGE PROGRESS! Mel is one fit mumma! A regular in her sessions, she continues to go from strength to strength. When you have 3 kids, it can be over whelming thinking you have to exercise for hours on end to get results. Mel currently exercises just 3 hours per week. She does 2 semi pt sessions (full body and lean legs or lean upper) and 2 HIIT sessions a week with us. And the results speak for themself. Jayde dropped 6.8kg's body fat with us in our last 8 week challenge. Here is what she had to say; . I NEEDED help, I was a yo-yo dieter and I couldn’t do it on my own. I saw an ad for MPT on Instagram for a 2 week kick starter program & I pushed myself to join. My thoughts were “OMG everyone is going to stare at me & be like, look at the fat chick” but I forced myself to believe that instead they looked at me and thought “good on her for improving her health!” In the 2 week program I lost 4kg. I didn’t starve; i ate carbs & fat. 6 months later I’ve ditched 20.2kg of fat!!! I feel so good, I feel so healthy, my skin is good, I am fit & healthy and it feels so good! I no longer look at photos and see a blimp, I look at photos and think 💪

Green Tea & Lychee Smoothie Lychee is a wonderful fruit with plenty of health benefits, including its ability to aid in weight loss, protect the skin, boost the immune system, prevent cancer, improve digestion, build strong bones, lower blood pressure, defend the body against viruses, improve circulation, and optimise metabolic activities. . INGREDIENTS 3 cups ice cubes 1/4 cup green tea (cooled) 100 grams plain yoghurt 10 lychees, peeled and seed removed 1/3 cantaloupe, peeled, seeds removed and chopped Fresh mint, to garnish . METHOD 1. Place all ingredients in a blender (apart from the mint), and blend until smoothie 2. Add to glass and top with fresh mint Serve immediately
9 months pregnant >>>> 18 weeks post partum (back to pre baby weight) . Every single journey is different for Mums after the birth of their little one. There is no one size fits all journey. . Rosa literally emailed us the day she was going in to labour to ask us to suspend her membership. She trained all the way through, up until just a couple of days before. She went at her own pace, she stayed active and did what she could do in the sessions. . And holey moley, did it pay off! You look absolutely incredible Rosa! So proud of you 😍😍😍
