T W I N S II Seriously, these two are embarrassing! We know you guys called each other the night before to choose your outfits 😂 @travispantelic @ezharwick
PORTION SIZING! Some meals appearing “average” in size can add up to a whole day’s worth of calories. A large order of french fries can contain as many as 1,000 calories. Add a hamburger and an large soft drink, and you’re getting more than 2,000 calories in one sitting. And this isn't unusual. . Our tips: Get yourself familiar with what you are exactly eating. You don't need to count calories, but write down what you eat daily over a week period and see if there are extra 'foods' you may normally have just forgot about. . Eat one reasonable serving and don't immediately go back for seconds. Give yourself time to digest and serve yourself more food if you are still hungry. . Make sure you eat plenty of vegetables to fill you up!
When @sabab_mk isn't training with you guys, he's probably exercising or eating some kind of tuna and beans (his favourite)... Stay tuned as he takes on the Melbourne half marathon in October this year! #practicewhatwepreach #congaline

Spices add so much flavour and have a long list of health benefits, but did you know spices also can make a meal into a lovely taste sensation? Herbs and spices enhance the health-related properties of other foods in a phenomenon called ‘food synergy’. For this reason, it might be more beneficial to enjoy the real thing in a meal rather than taking supplements. Another benefit of herbs and spices is their flavour-boosting properties. Use them in cooking to limit the need for salt, fats or sugar. Herbs and spices also add aroma, increasing food ‘satisfaction’ and making you less likely to overeat.
