Single leg cycling technique . Build your core control and endurance levels through your mid section post-partum . Lie with your shoulders and hips in line. Your knees can be bent to give you more stability. Draw in your pelvic floor and deep abdominals, breathe and hold. Bend your top leg towards you and then push it back out to cycle. Repeat 3 - 6 times on each side, including your focused abdominal brace with each one. Change sides. . Aim: Build up to 2 - 3 sets of 8 - 12 reps on each side.
