Soon she will be doing pull-ups on her own!! 💥Back and Shoulder Giant Set💥 -Assisted wide-grip pull-ups -Kneeling BOSU underhand lat pull downs - Ball knee tucks -Assisted chin-ups Sets 1-3 do 12-15reps of each Sets 4&5 go to failure on pull-ups and chin-ups! Rest - 45seconds after the entire giant set. Add 5 seconds more to your rest after each set!

*Kettlebell Series •Dbl kettlebell upright row •Dbl kettlebell swing squat clean •Single kettlebell rack split squat •Wheelbarrow into Romanian Deadlift combo * 4 sets 15-18reps each/ rest 1min after you finish the entire series. Use weight that you can handle doing that many reps. *Then the next time you do the series do 5 sets 8-10reps each / 90 seconds rest. Use the heaviest weight you can handle!

If you don’t have a Ko8 you could always tie a band around a machine and do the same movement.
