Happy Hump Day! This was a really fun day for me. Did a indoor Tough Mudder style obstacle course. Was called Elite Axis Gridiron Games!Had 12 teams of 2 people! 💥Throwback Tuesday🎧💥 During these times we need to remember to move as much as possible. I still recommend that you always warmup somehow with a jog around the block or use this quick dynamic cardio warmup! I will be posting a new one every week. It’s always important to warmup before every workout. A minimum of 5 to 10 minutes will do the trick! Cardio Bodyweight Warmup 1.0 *Seal Jacks *Skates *High Knees *Air Jump Ropes *Butt Kicks Do 20 reps of each movement, one after another with no break! You will do 4 rounds total.
💥Cardio Blast Circuit💥 *Air bike sprints *Ko8 Superman pushups *Air bike sprints *Ko8 resistance bear crawls - each exercise perform with your highest intensity, one after another. Then rest 2 minutes. After your first 5 rounds, add another minute to your rest. If your conditioning isn’t there yet. Add 2.5 mins to your rest, with a max of 4.5 minute rest between rounds. - 10 rounds or if you can’t make it, shoot for at least 8 rounds!!! -Have fun and remember ALL WORK IS GOOD WORk!! -STRIVE TO BE GREAT😁💪🏾💪🏾 💥Always here to answer questions and offer help! Soon she will be doing pull-ups on her own!! 💥Back and Shoulder Giant Set💥 -Assisted wide-grip pull-ups -Kneeling BOSU underhand lat pull downs - Ball knee tucks -Assisted chin-ups Sets 1-3 do 12-15reps of each Sets 4&5 go to failure on pull-ups and chin-ups! Rest - 45seconds after the entire giant set. Add 5 seconds more to your rest after each set!
*Superset of the day! •Elevated Dumbbell Plank Row into Renegade Row!! *3sets / 15 reps each arm Great core finisher to add at the end of your workout!
*Kettlebell Series •Dbl kettlebell upright row •Dbl kettlebell swing squat clean •Single kettlebell rack split squat •Wheelbarrow into Romanian Deadlift combo * 4 sets 15-18reps each/ rest 1min after you finish the entire series. Use weight that you can handle doing that many reps. *Then the next time you do the series do 5 sets 8-10reps each / 90 seconds rest. Use the heaviest weight you can handle!

Here’s a few new exercises! •Exercise - 1 / Squats with single arm row. •Exercise - 2 / Woodchoppers *4 sets of 12reps each side. If you don’t have a Ko8 you could always tie a band around a machine and do the same movement.
