Tuna is one of those foods that people either love or hate. I am VERY particular about my tuna... it has to be packed with crunch from veggies & nuts, it needs lots of freshness from lemon and herbs, very minimal (if any) mayo, and it's gotta be made with great quality wild tuna. Here's how I make it... and I promise even the tuna haters will love it! __ 1 can wild-caught tuna (like @safecatchfoods or @wildplanetfoods ) 1/4 cup chopped or shredded carrots 1/4 cup chopped celery 1/4 cup chopped walnuts 1 tbsp sunflower seeds 1 tbsp fresh dill Juice from 1/2 lemon 1 tbsp Dijon mustard 1-2 tbsp avocado oil mayo (like @primalkitchenfoods or @sirkensingtons ) OR 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil Salt & pepper to taste __ Mix it all up and serve with @jilzcrackerz or @simplemills crackers, sliced veggies, and extra 🍋 wedges. Valentine's Day is just around the corner, and as we know, it's a day that revolves around chocolate, treats, and decadent dinners out (and hopefully some love letters too... ya hear that, @mitchsurowitz ? 😘💌). So my advice is to start the day with a breakfast that gives your body the love and nourishment it deserves (on V-day and every day!).
