I love ANZAC cookies so decided to try whip up some healthier ones. The end result although not as sweet were still a satisfying, crunchy treat. Mix up 2 cups oats, 4 tbsp rice malt syrup, 1/2 desiccated coconut, 1/2 cup flour and 4 tsp cholestrol reducing spread. Roll into balls, flatten and then bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes
Officially finished week 1 of our 8 week challenge! Eating out has been interesting, instead of going for the most delicious thing its been looking for the low cal, nutritious options. Even though I was sad I didnt get to enjoy Peri Peri chips, Nandos did do a yummy and surprisingly filling salad #gettingmachupuchuready
Adding final touches to my resin artwork. Did a class yesterday at Candu and absolutely loved it. Resin artworks are so beautiful and it was cool to make my own. Can't wait for it to be delivered!
