Did you know January is National Oatmeal Month? Just in time for clean eating season, try this Strawberry Shortcake Overnight Oats recipe for healthy oatmeal without sacrificing flavor! To keep you full all morning long, crumble a WholeBerry Blast Meal bar on top - whole food nutrition, 8 grams of plant-based protein and 5 grams of fiber! 🍓🎂🍧 Whip these oats up and enjoy tomorrow: - ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats - ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or any other milk) - 2 Tablespoons nut-based yogurt - 1 Tablespoon of chia seeds - ½ teaspoon vanilla - 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey - 1 Tablespoon strawberries - 1 Whole Berry Blast Meal Bar 1. Add oats, milk, yogurt, sweetner, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and strawberries to a half-pint mason jar 2. Stir well 3. Place lid on jar and shake to combine a bit more 4. Place in refrigerator overnight 5. In the morning bring to room temperature and top with WholeBerry Blast Meal bar 6. Enjoy!
