I can’t live in a greenhouse, so I’m on a mission to make my bedroom look like one. Two more plants have been added to my shelves thanks to @hewitt_gc. Not only are plants absolutely beautiful, research shows they help remove toxins in the air, may improve your concentration and productivity, minimize stress and help boost your mood. So, go buy a plant ... or two ... or five. 🌱
If you’ve spent any time with me within the last year, you probably know what a roller coaster 2017 was for my health. I was eating the healthiest I’d ever eaten and exercising regularly but silently suffering from painful digestive problems, unknown food intolerances and severe nutrient deficiencies as a result of improper absorption. When I stumbled across this photo in my camera roll from my February 2018 trip, I couldn’t help but smile to myself. Through adjusting my diet, whole food-based supplements, therapy and lifestyle changes, I have found myself at the healthiest point in my life physically, mentally and spiritually. Now what? I feel that through this rocky journey (that is by no means over), God has called me to share my story, learn everything about food I possibly can and help guide others toward their healthiest, happiest selves. Before the end of 2018, I’ll be enrolled in a nutritional program and on my way to becoming a certified health coach. I’ll be refocusing my social platforms to produce content more like this. I’ll be following my calling ... and I just want to give fair warning in case anyone does not want their feed full of food photos and healthy tidbits. You’ve been warned. 😉
Lunch date with my favorite little man ♥️👶🏻
Excited for new projects, new branding, new photos, more adventures.
