I ate Pho for breakfast, lunch and dinner whilst I was in Ho Chi Mihn City so when we got to Hoi An I was super excited to try some of their specialties. This dish is called Cao Lau after the chewy yellow noodles that are used to make it. It comes with crunchy squares of who knows what, delicious pork and just enough sweet sauce to cover the bottom of the bowl 😋
Full of locals but no one spoke English so we just pointed and hoped for the best 😂 I have seriously fallen in love with Hanoi.
Cruising Halong Bay has been the relaxing break I needed after exploring the rest of crazy Vietnam. This country is literally bonkers but I've loved every minute so far 🙂
