My husband's diet: Low carb, Low GI, Low fat, Low sodium, medium protein diet. Never go on a strict diet. It won't last long. Read my BLOG to know how my husband's Diabetes got reversed. 🍲 INGREDIENTS: Chickpeas- 1 can (260 g) water strained, boiled and strained again. Ginger- 1 finely chopped Red onion- 1 medium finely sliced Green chilly- 1 slit Tomato- 1 big chopped Curry leaves- 10-15 Mustard seeds- 3/4- 1tsp Kashmiri chilli powder (@eastern_in)- 1/2 tsp Coriander powder(@eastern_in)- 2tsps Homemade garam masala- 1/2 tsp Sunflower oil- 2 tsp Cilantro/coriander leaves- little 🍲 METHOD: In hot oil, add mustard seeds. Once it's popped, add onion, green chilly,and ginger. Sauté. In the mean while mix the all the spices (powder) together in little bit of water. Add this to the sautéed onion. Let it cook in low heat until the raw smell is gone. Now, add tomatoes and curry leaves. Cook until it's blended really. Please note that as we using only little oil, it will take a while. Once it's blended well add the strained chick peas along with some water and coriander leaves. It won't take that long as the chick peas is already cooked. 🍲

Link in the BIO. 🍲 Ingredients: Red kidney beans- 2 cups Green bell pepper- 1 big chopped Tomatoes- 2 chopped Celery- 1 stalk chopped Garlic- 8-10 pcs chopped Red onion- 1 big chopped Black pepper powder- 1/2- 1 tsp Dried Oregano- 1/4-1/2tsp Dried Basil- 1/4- 1/2tsp Cumin seeds- 1 tsp crushed Kashmiri chilly powder (@eastern_in)- 1/2- 3/4tsp Olive oil- 2-4tsps 🍲 Method: In a pan, sauté onions garlic followed by bell pepper, tomatoes and all the other spices. Transfer the mixture along with red kidney beans into a slow cooker. Let it cook in high for about 7-8 hours. If you want it thicker. We love the thicker version. 😊 Transfer it into a pan and let it boil for a little while until the it becomes slightly thick. 🍲 You can also cook the veg chilli in a pan. Enjoy!!!!!
