This quarantine time has been intense. And really how often before did you say to yourself “I just don’t have time to workout?” Today, that shouldn’t be an excuse! I know the kids are home, and the house is crazy but there’s no reason you can slip on a jacket and head to the back porch or a quiet place in the house, set a timer and start a workout. If you don’t know what to do hit our “Workouts” tan at the top of our page! 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 #nomoreexcuses #quarantine #covıd19

This week I made banana chip bread! Super yummy and easy to make! R E C I P E: 1 C. Coconut Milk 2 Tbsp. Coconut Oil (melted) 1 Tsp. Vanilla 1 Tsp. Baking Soda 2.5 Tsp. Baking Powder 1.5 C of Cassava Flour 2 Ripe Bananas And @lilys_sweets Chocolate Chips Bake on 350 for 25 minutes or until firm.
As you enjoy your day off and reset before a fresh week, I want you to remember how far you’ve come, even if that’s only one workout down and many to go! Write a goal for this week, it doesn’t have to be complicated it could even be as simple as walking everyday, or riding your bike a couple times. It just has to be an activity that you normally don’t have in your daily or weekly life! #sundayfunday #goalsetting
Fit Tip 001: Squeeze the CORE! I cannot stress how often I say this to my clients! It is vital to squeeze your core in order to have good form, and not only that but it will get you results faster! The CORE is comprised of your Abs, Obliques, Glutes and Back. So in this particular exercise, I squeeze my abs, kept a straight and firm back and squeezed my arm at the top of the motion, and slowly controlled it down! Once you practice it, it’s not as complicated as it sounds 😊Keep up the good work!!
I absolutely love yogurt for breakfast. It lands well, and is balanced in protein and fat. This morning I decided to change it up with a @larabar nut and seed bar, and it was absolutely delicious! 😋😋😋 #yum @hartzlerdairy
