./ You know the quote “your life, your choices”?! It’s exactly what I am doing now. Being conscious and making choices that makes me happy and proud of myself. Sometimes I fail, others not and in both cases I learn and enjoy what comes after. And you? Are you living a happy life at the moment? What you’d like to change in it? What you need to be happy? #happinessquotes #happy #lifegoal #determination #joy
./ Sometimes I just love being all alone. Me and my thoughts. Some people call me asocial, I call myself normal. And you? Are you like me? Do you find yourself needing time for yourself all alone?
Likes or no likes? Yesterday after the Instagram tweet revealing that the rumours we heard were totally right the social media world (as always) went crazy. Any change, good or bad that it is, instagrammers have to take a position about it. This time the change is really huge: seeing the likes or not seeing them? Personally, my first thought was negative throughout the idea but after discussing a bit with people I kinda took a more balanced position. Many people think that creativity on this platform is sometimes based on other people’s view. In my opinion this is totally wrong. It’s like showing a different version of yourself just to be appreciated by someone, you’ll feel appreciated at first but would you feel good in a long-term?! Plus, normally being creative on this platform means having more “success” and so more likes. I really don’t think that creative people struggled in expressing themselves just cause of how many likes they had. Another point I discussed was the importance of feeling less stressed about the amount of likes. For sure everyone of us once posted a picture refreshed more than once the pic to see that number growing. That feeling fills you up with dopamine which makes you feel good for a very short amount of time. So, not showing them to others will make “obsessed” people worry less about that number under their pics cause as it will have less importance for others it will immediately have less importance for them. Nowadays, Instagram has also became a marketing place so how will little brands define their credibility now that likes will not appear to others? Well, I don’t have an answer for this. For sure followers will become a more obsessive number now and anyone who is upon the 10k gets a star to sew on his chest but will it be enough? What I understood is that no matter if this will work or not people will always be obsessed about something and if it’s not for likes it will start being for something else cause it’s not the amount of likes the problem, it’s their view of life. And you? What’s your position now? See likes or not seeing them?
./ This caption is to all of you. You are loved, you are enough and you’re amazing. Never forget that and most importantly don’t forget that you’re not the reflection of those who can’t love you. Be the best version of you, for you❤️ Ily all
./ Back to posting. Everytime I end a feed and start a new one I go down on my instagram and look at all my pics. The way I change, the way I grow up and the way I choose to show myself on socials is completely different. I know people kinda target me for my smile so let’s start with a smile, a real one, not a picture one💕
./ If the world was blind, who would you impress?
