Planning a wedding seems impossible when you don't know where to start. Luckily I found some awesome resources right after we got engaged (have I mentioned that I'm engaged!?) and it's made the whole planning process a lot easier. I'm sharing how I got started with the whole process over on the blog 📲 plananotherday.com and am excited to share some more of my planning adventures between now and the end of April (only 6 months away!).👰🤵
A closer look at my daily entries for the last couple days. I've mostly been relying on my monthly spread, but I've just got too much to keep track of, so I'm back to daily entries. The little plants are a new wash tape I just got in the mail, and I love the color match to my tombow brush pen. Do new supplies make you as motivated to write in your journal as the do me?
Trying to get things done, it can be so hard to work in the same space every day. I'm so glad I get to meet up with an awesome group of other bloggers in fun spaces every once in a while to break it up (and drink good tea).
It's been a decision a long time coming, but I'm officially making the change to plananotherday across my web presence. If you didn't know already, I've been blogging at @classicsidewalk for a while. In the last year, my content has totally shifted to planning, though, and it was a struggle for me to post things when the platform didn't feel right any more. All my content is still there, but you can now find it at plananotherday.com! I hope you will all be patient with me over the next few days as I make all the changes I need to. After that, expect lots of new content!
The month has just started but my calendar is already so full of stuff! I've had a seriously hard time keeping up with how quickly the year is going by. So many fun adventures!
I've been a little radio silent, but it's because I'm working really hard on some pretty neat projects. (One of them will be making it's debut on the blog later this week!) I've been doing a lot of behind the scenes work, setting myself up for success in following my passions. I've been leaving little reminders like this (a sticker from one of the sticker books I bought at @michaelsstores) throughout my journal lately to keep me motivated.
A new month with new motivation. This long weekend was a nice end to a long summer of fun, but now it's time to get to work! My monthly layout gets looked at every day, so I wanted to reflect my motivation in it!
I've been struggling to get out of planning mode and into action mode lately. I have ideas building and plans brewing that then just sit there waiting for me, but I won't be successful if I don't get started! I put together a post over on the blog (http://classicsidewalk.com) with a few of the traps of over-planning and some tools to help you start to take action. If you have a tool you use to help you get things done, let me know in the comments!
Last week's weekly all filled in. I usually fill in the weather each evening, since the almanac doesn't always reflect how the weather actually was throughout the whole day, but the last few weeks have been so sunny and boring that I've gotten lazy and only just filled out the whole week this morning.
