Hope it’s not too early to think about leftovers! These cranberry sauce crostini were one of my favorite snacks last year. Garlic-rubbed baguette toasts topped with tangy goat cheese and a generous dollop of homemade cranberry sauce. Makes a great Fall party app, too!
Coquito, but make it vegan! I shared my dairy-free coquito recipe on the blog this week. I use soaked raw cashews to thicken the coconut base so it’s just as lush and creamy as the original.
