Carte Hotel is taking shape as davisREED progresses on this 14-story, 325-room hotel in San Diego. There will be guest rooms on 11 levels and two levels of underground parking. Hotel amenities will be located on three levels and include a restaurant and a coffee shop at ground level, as well as a fitness center. The Carte is planned for completion early 2019.
Concrete pour! davisREED is progressing on this 141,400 SF, eight-story mixed-use hotel in Los Angeles. The Godfrey Hotel will include a restaurant, guest lobby, fitness room, and bike parking at ground level over three levels of subterranean parking. The hotel includes 175 guest rooms along with an interior courtyard and eighth story swimming pool. Completion is expected for February 2019.
davisREED is nearing completion on the Pro-Shop at Clear Creek in Tahoe. This single story wood framed, siding and ceiling building will be used as the Golf Pro's office and a small retail area. The project includes a masonry fireplace and corrugated metal roof for a rustic look.
Historical Project Fact: Jacking up a landmark building to construct a basement before adding a second floor -all while meeting stringent historic preservation guidelines - takes nerves of steel. To do it while maintaining the client's business operation required davisREED to devise a well-thought-out phased delivery plan with an eye for the most infinitesimal detail. 19th & J is an 11-story, 130,606SF mixed-use project in Sacramento. The first floor will be retail space, second level parking (37 cars), third level will be podium slab with nine floors of residential apartments. The apartments will consist of 175 units constructed with light gauge structural steel and metal deck & concrete slabs. davisREED is again aiming to make this a LEED certified project with completion early 2019.
