davisREED is progressing on the Meritage Resort & Spa in Napa Valley. This Four-Diamond luxury hotel expansion includes an additional four-story hotel with 145 new guest rooms which will include 39 suites. The project also includes a wine tasting village with a boutique market, a demonstration kitchen, an expansive new event lawn, and an outdoor pool area. Completion is scheduled for late summer 2018.
davisREED is progressing on the Sheldon Apartments, a 19 acre project with completion planned for late spring 2018. These 22 new, two-story, wood-frame apartment buildings also include garages. The 324 total units will be a variety of one, two, and three bedroom apartments with an average size of 1025 SF per unit. The project also consists of a single-story 5500 SF clubhouse, dog park, pool, bocce ball courts, fire pits, and BBQ areas.
davisREED is continuing construction on a modernization project for LACCD's Harbor College. The project consists of campus wide access compliance, including path of travel revisions as well as building interior revisions for eight campus buildings.
davisREED will begin construction on three single-story buildings for Los Angeles Unified School District in the 4th quarter of this year. Buildings A & B will be 2,800 SF and building C will be 5,760 SF. We will be using modular construction on this project for Calabash Elementary that will include four new general classrooms, four new Kinder classrooms, and site improvements to the existing campus. Construction is scheduled to complete mid 2020.
davisREED is progressing nicely on Waterfront at the Marina Apartments, a five-story wood framed apartment building in Sparks, Nevada. The 292,410 SF new construction project is being built around an existing five-story concrete parking garage. The project also includes a club room, fitness room, pool, hot tub, and BBQ area. The west wall of the building is within 40 feet of Sparks Marina Lake. Construction is scheduled to be completed by year's end.
