Today's lunch was a spread of roast pumpkin, fennel, asparagus, cabbage salad, cucumbers, fermented veggies and a side of ginger carrot bone broth. This is my favourite kind of meal with all the different veggies and so good for increasing the diversity of the gut mircobiome.
