Why you do you get so excited lifting weights that are less than your PB? - Sometimes I’m lighter than normal, more fatigued, living a more relaxed life style, feeling tired in the training, not as prepared to train, not in my ideal environment to lift, made it feel easier than last week, people are excited by what I lifted. - These are just a few reason why sometimes I can draw excitement or passion for the weight I lifted. - It doesn’t always have to be a PB to get pumped about lifting weights. I love lifting heavy and in any given scenario that can be a good enough reason to express how I feel about it. - It doesn’t always have to be the best version of anything you do to make you happy, passionate or excited like the first time.
