Ahh it's pi day and for once I actually made some pie!!! This year's pie was crustless because I suck at pie crusts (evidence in my stories....) but also, who needs the extra calories? (But really, I'm sneaking the failed pieces into my mouth as we type). This mini haupia cherry pie is #ontheblog and if I can get my crap together, the new one will be on soon enough too!!

Yayyyy the #recipe for these #noknead cinnamon buns are (finally) on the blog along with my not so fond reflections of the first month of 2nd semester of high school. 'tis is life I guess! My semester of 5 classes was oddly light until I smacked a job and 6hrs/day of lab work on top. And having caught a severe case of writer's block, I'm presenting these semlor gifs instead of the video + recipe for the ever famous swedish cinnamon buns that I was planning on posting. It's a long weekend so I'm obviously baking up a storm (while coding an Android app but idk if that fits...). This cookie dough was aged (but actually: totally forgotten about) in the freezer. I finally baked them and they were A+++.
