I’ve been lucky enough to eat some delicious things in my life. Porchetta from I Porchettoni, Cacio Pepe from @ristorante_roma_sparita, Lampredotto from @eatalyworld, Babi Guling from @babi_guling_pak_malen, and some skewers from @warungnia. None of this would’ve been possible without the work of @anthonybourdain so to him, I tip my hat and wish him well into the universe with a heavy heart. What a world we live in. We’re lucky to have so many diverse people and cultures, and we’re even luckier to have adventurous men and women who are willing to expose us to them.
It’s #NationalBestFriendDay so here’s a shout out to two of them, my buddy Tom (@koma_monson) and my dear friend Krystle (@xtrashorty). And yes, this is from the time we spent a night at the Orange County Jail. Tom hates hugs. Ten-ish years ago.
