One thing we know for certain – Ben and Becci are not afraid of marathon renovations. This time, it's our upstairs space getting the makeover to make room for our new housemate, @the.tea.collective. That's right, Becci's award-winning tea room will be assuming residence upstairs at 127 Darby! Keep your eyes out for updates on this exciting new chapter, we can't wait to share this little tea haven with you all. Until then we have just a few, (very) late nights ahead of us.

This coffee, of the Red Bourbon variety, is washed and hand sorted at The Bumbogo washing station in Gakenke, a region home to some of the winning lots of the Cup of Excellence. Bumbogo employs 105 casuals through the season and pays 25% more than the average casual worker salary. They also pay social security for all their staff.
