With cupping scores of 90+ (anything over 90 means it's 👌🏻), this Colombian roast is a must try. You can expect floral notes, plum, apple with a candied like sweetness. #theautumnrooms

Filter coffee has been given a bad name over the years (think stale American diner brew), but it's back, and in a big way. The term ‘filter’ covers a lot of brews, specifically a growing number of black coffee variations, all made by adding water to ground coffee and extracting the brewed liquid through a cloth or paper filter. This gentle brewing method results in a humble black beverage, unadorned by the heavy body that espresso has, with a clearer, more delicate representation of the flavour. If you’ve been looking to move into the world of milk-less coffee but still can’t quite get to the point of sipping on an espresso, give filter a go!
