So, we did something very challenging today, first up attempting paddleboarding, I was great at kneeling and sitting astride, nearly stood up though 😁 Rob was far more intent on getting up and did....Kayak was much more fun, still hard on the body, we had a breeze to help in one direction but my main direction was left!!!!
