SHOULD YOU STRETCH BEFORE OR AFTER YOUR WORKOUT? OR EVEN AT ALL? Well to be honest, you can and should do both, but the type of stretching will differ. BEFORE your workout preforming a routine of dynamic stretches will help warm-up the body. Examples of dynamic stretches include inchworms, leg swings, arm circles, or a walking lunge with a twist. After your work out is when you should focus on static stretching. You want to focus on the stretches that are specific for the type of activity you’ve done and in consideration with any aches pains or injuries you have.
Eggplant pizza 🍆 🍕 👩🍳 👩🍳 👩🍳 Sprinkle the eggplant with the coarse salt, let it sit on paper towels for 10-15 minutes and wipe dry. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. In a small bow, combine the crushed garlic, olive oil, and italian seasoning, brush the mixture onto both sides of the eggplant slices and bake for 15 minutes. Remove eggplant from oven and flip eggplant slices, top each slice with a tablespoon of marinara sauce, and a sprinkle of cheese.
