Published by @phaidonsnaps, the Boragó book is a fascinating narrative that explores Chilean geography and ingredients, introducing readers to the distinctive pleasures of Chilean culture and cuisine. For this lunch @c_j_wells and @rgborago will be collaborating on a one-off menu inspired by both Australia and Chile. Tickets are $180 for a set 5 course lunch with a signed copy of Boragó included.
