Ah! There’s a NEW program coming out and after trying a couple preview workouts, I am PUMPED about it! It’s HIIT and lifting combined, the workouts are 40 minutes long and only FOUR workouts a week! That sounds amazing! 🙌🏻 The results from the initial test group are incredible and inspiring! it begins in July; anyone want to tackle this with me? I’ll definitely need some accountability partners! Rise and shine! Today is one of those mornings when I’m the moment, pretty much anything sounds better than exercise. (I mean, I WAS on my feet ALL day shooting a wedding yesterday!) And yet I KNOW it will be worth it. Just finished a 30 minute speed lifting workout, and I am SO thankful I didn’t give in to the temptation to skip it this morning!! That’s what discipline does - it keeps us to what we really want for ourselves in the long run rather than what we feel like in the moment! 👊🏻
These two are on day 3 of swim lessons, and slowly but surely...just maybe they’ll become swimmers some day! 😂 they’re still wary of going under (they are convinced it hurts!) but I am seeing their confidence grow in the water already!
I love cooking up enough veggies and meat for dinner so that the next day’s lunch is a no-brainer: just put in on a bed of greens and top with avocado! So good.
