Making little signs for my stall at @strandhillpeoplesmarket. When customers see my work, it can be a bit overwhelming. These little signs should help to make sense of it all! Love these little wooden stars from @mrpriceireland Lots of treasures to be found in Euro shops! ✨
Giving my backyard a makeover! This tree was growing against the wall so I was able to form a natural arch with one of its branches! Looking forward to adding more lovely things. 🌸🌷🌼💐🍃✨
Dreaming on a Star is a big poetry fan and incorporates beautiful words into her work all the time. I lived in Holland many years ago and the town of Leiden had gigantic poems painted onto the buildings. A lot of towns & cities seem to do this now. There is something so wonderful about walking down a street, perhaps thinking about life's mundanities and then coming across words on a grey building that can transform & elevate your being. There is beauty and magic everywhere! ✨
It's World Stationery Day! As a child I loved notebooks, matching pencils, little cute erasers. In the 80s I had adorable 'Bobby & Kate' stationery from Tokyo, awesome rainbow & unicorn 🦄 goodies too. As an adult I visited Tokyo and it's a magical, wonderland of cute & quirkiness & stationery heaven. Today I never thought I'd be designing my own stationery! It's a dream come true! So little did I know I was researching back then for my future job! 😆💕🙏
I love this 💕 Meraki, a Greek word. When you do things with passion, your work is a part of you.
Product photography. I get to wear lots of hats in my job - photographer, stylist, sales & marketer, researcher, accounts technician, social media person, office manager - all amateur of course! 😆 It's always a varied job. I also design as well 😉
