On this date 4 years ago, I was nervously sitting down to take my real estate license exam. The truth is, I had no clue how difficult and saturated this industry is. But with the love and support of family, friends, amazing mentors, alliance partners and cool clients, I have opened and closed over $50 million in real estate transactions from San Diego to Silicon Valley. Most of which, I can literally track back to my first open house, which created a domino effect of business. It’s somewhat surreal that I am on my way to share my style at a 6th Open House Seminar in front of a large classroom filled with realtors but it is because of classes such as this, I was able to make a quick transition into real estate. In an industry where less than 15% of people survive past year three, and bright shiny objects persistently appear, loyalty is something to be relished. Candidly, the last few months have thrown us some curveballs, but I’m incredibly proud that Ben and I have continue to bring value and results to our clients. Although we dropped 1 slot to #24 in production/volume, we also moved up 8 slots to #25 in closed transactions and find ourselves among industry icons and teams 4x our size for the first half of the year.
