Lifting club rules: must be at least 90 degrees & hit full extension on all lifts. SQUAT-DEAD-BENCH. ALL LIFTS MUST BE SEEN IN PERSON BY AN AMERICAN ATHLETE TRAINER. Dallas or an American Athlete Certified trainer must be present & evaluate each max lift. *no video entries allowed Lifting club info: Doors open at 8:30am for warm up 9am lifting starts 10:30 lifting club ends DO NOT BE LATE. You get 90 min (no more than 90) to establish a 1 rep max in all three lifts. Full Members Free. Non members $20.
