Can I talk to you for a minute about nerve endings and receptor sites? Every square inch of skin on your body contains at least 19,000 nerve endings. Put essential oil on three square inches of skin and that's 57,000 nerve endings...WHOA! What is a nerve ending exactly? It is where the nerve attaches and sends information from the body's outer areas toward the brain. They are the receptor sites for your skin. These receptor sites get damaged from time to time when dealing with daily stressors, toxins, bad emotional stress and hunks of junk. So, then the information that was supposed to pass through the receptor site to talk to the brain, well, it doesn't happen as smoothly or quickly as normal. But not to worry...essential oils clean receptor sites!!! Oils are made up of some chemical constitutes called phenols, monoterpenes and sesquiterpenes. You know what they do? They CLEAN the receptor site in our cells! I encourage you to google those terms on your own time as well!!! When there is junk on a receptor site. Your brain cannot send a signal to your body to tell it what to do. Or your brain can't process the information that your body is receiving. If you touch a hot stove and your brain can't quickly figure out it's hot, then Houston, we've got a problem! This is where the cleaning crew enters...essentials oils... TA DA!

Although most of the crop was harvested already, we found a few beautiful Lavender bushes!
I just planted a lavender plant at the YL farm! Three years from now this will be in a bottle and being used! 🙌🏻
