First time eating out in over two months and celebrated with hotpot and lots of Korean spice! I really missed being able to dine out and share delicious food with friends. Definitely something I took for granted before and appreciate more now.
Tonight’s dessert bake: cinnamon sponge with caramel sauce. You can never go wrong with caramel sauce.
Bubble tea cravings satisfied! Loving the wide range of milk teas @thealleylujiaoxiang.syd. We had the Assam Black Milk Tea and Earl Grey Milk Tea (with pearls, of course)
Portuguese custard tarts and mini chocolate tarts. These are a great way to use leftover egg yolks and chocolate ganache!

This is the gorgeous Apple Pie I made for Mother’s Day last weekend! My favourite part is the flaky, buttery pastry (it’s chock a block full of butter but that’s the secret to the perfect pie crust!) 🥧
Today’s Mother’s Day seafood dinner! We cooked up a feast of grilled garlic prawns and spaghetti vongole. Simple but absolutely delicious.
